Paneless Window Washing

Letter from the owner:

My name is Don Cahill and I am the owner of Paneless Window Washing. I am a meticulous person by nature so, one might expect that cleaning suits me pretty well. I specialize in servicing the highest end customers; as it has been my experience that those customers that have achieved a certain level of success appreciate the perfection that I am accustomed to providing.

I have made a living for many years by servicing the most discriminating clients. Although I've added a few services throughout the years, my system of delivery is the same – “Be the best. No excuses”.

When first entering this business, I had some decisions to make. The one question that I didn’t have to think about for long was…. Do I offer an economy, quick, in-n-out cleaning (translation-a cheap job), or do I offer a thorough cleaning (top of the line)? It is simply NOT in me to take short cuts so, it was clear that I would service customers that are much like myself.

I got into the window washing business because I was frustrated that I could not find anyone that could clean my windows as well as I could. I am also frustrated at how the service industry (in general) has changed. I vow to demonstrate that customer service and accountability are not yet dead. I am truly proud to put my name on my work.

We continue to receive numerous referrals from satisfied customers, so I guess something is working. That's my story. Hopefully we'll see each other soon and you can tell me yours.
