It's been too many years since I've cleaned my windows. I'm very embarrassed and I'm sorry I put you guys through all of that. There is NO WAY that I could have done such a nice job. "Amazing" comes to mind. I feel like I got a new toy and now I want to invite people over to show it off a little. Please schedule me for another cleaning for July 1st. Thanks,

The last guy that did the windows didn't do nearly the same quality of work and he showed up whenever the heck he felt like it. Ever since you have been doing the windows at the house, I've been strangely motivated to clean the rest of the house. I don't suppose that you clean bathrooms too?

Thanks for the great job on my windows. I am usually anxious about having people in my house when I'm not home.... My neighbor watched you guys the entire time and was so impressed, that she is having you do her house. Watch out for her dog though. He's a nasty little sucker!... I know that Ken told you that I am a hard-ass but, it's only because I've been jaded by bad experience in the past.... You have renewed my faith in professionalism. I had all but decided that customer service was dead.... I had nothing to worry about, but thanks again for a job well done. See you again soon.
